Jozef Sovcik, CEO, CTO & Founder
Jozef is one of two founders of Visicom, he was responsible for establishing and defining Visicom as a global company. Responsible for product strategy, sales (direct + channel), and expansion to new markets. Prior founding Visicom Jozef worked in different technical and management positions at IES s.r.o. a Slovak company whose services included designing, building, maintaining, and servicing electrical, data communications, and utilities systems. Jozef has a Masters in Applied Economics from the University of Economics in Bratislava and BS degree in Computer Science from Comenius University in Bratislava. Jozef is a passionate book reader and an avid scuba-diver.

Heliodor Macko, COO (Strategic Accounts) & Founder
As one of the founders of Visicom, Heliodor was responsible for the very first implementation of our Visicom SFA product at Unilever. Since then, Heliodor is responsible for ensuring customers maximize value from their Visicom solutions through quality implementations and best-practice-based consulting. He has also driven further development of our HamiltonSFA product. Prior to joining Visicom, Heliodor was a member of a micro-team at Wildcat Systems, designing and developing intelligent highway control systems. Heliodor has received a degree in Artificial Intelligence from Comenius University in Bratislava

Lubos Urban, VP Research & Development
Lubos oversees Visicom's worldwide product development group. He joined the company in 2001 and has more than 10 years of experience using technology to deliver innovative software solutions. Lubos has received a degree in Electrical Power Engineering from the Slovak University in Bratislava.

Brian Budd, VP Sales (US Operations)
Prior to joining Visicom Brian served as VP of Business Development with Ross Computer Systems and prior VP Sales with Abaco Mobile, a technology development company specializing in providing mobile solutions in the SAP marketplace. Brian is an Enterprise mobile workforce automation industry executive who also served as VP of Sales with Extended Technologies and GBG/GFG providing mobile and Route Accounting solutions to Direct Store Delivery Distribution organizations across North America and the Caribbean. Brian received a degree in Electrical Engineering from Fanshawe College in London Ontario.

Rastislav Racek, VP Sales & Operations (East Europe Operations)
Prior to joining Visicom, Rastislav was working on several customer marketing and sales positions in fast moving consumer goods companies. With 9 years experience in Unilever, one of the biggest international FMCG companies worldwide, he brings a „customer view“ to our business. Rastislav recieved a degree in International Trade, Faculty of Economics in Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra.

Eugene Ochakovsky, Chief Architect
With more than 10 years of industry experience, Eugene was leading the Route Rider development and managing the product since 2004. Prior joining Visicom, Eugene was a Software Architect in Micronet, designing, developing and managing mobile products and solutions for enterprise mobility and telematics markets. Eugene has received BSc and MSc degrees, both in computer science.

Bruna Bucacci, VP Operations & Finance (US Operations)
Prior to taking over the role of VP of Operations & Finance for Visicom's US Operations, Bruna was the COO and CFO of National Datacomputer, Inc. a manufacturer of turnkey mobile CRM/SFA systems for multiple vertical markets including Route Sales.. Prior to National Datacomputer, Bruna held various managerial positions for Thermo Electron, Inc. a major provider of analytical instruments and services for a variety of domains. Bruna is a graduate of Boston College where she received a BS degree in Mathematics and a graduate of Bentley College where she received a BS degree in Accounting.
