Support Services

We offer Software Support Service programs to all our customers. By participating in our program, customers can elect to receive new versions of our software, released over a 12 month period. Customers will also automatically receive Helpdesk services, allowing the customer to get timely resolution to all possible issues as they arise.

Custom Development Services

Our software is designed to flexibly introduce changes requested by our customers. We have a team of engineers that can functionally design, code, test and deliver enhancements to our software suite.

Training Services

We have experienced trainers who are able to prepare and run training sessions for all types of your users: starting from sales representatives, through managers, to your internal IT support. If needed, we can also arrange for individual, group or “train the trainer” sessions, allowing the customer to acquire deeper knowledge of the system, and its use. Training is often done in stages to learn the basic functions quickly, start using the system and reinforce with additional information over a period of time.

Hosting/Software as a Service (SaaS)

We also offer hosting services, provided directly by our team of professionals, to customers who prefer to focus on their core business, and/or do not have the technical staff in-house to handle the skills required to run such solution, hence guaranteeing an error-free operation
