Transactional Records, Ad hoc Reporting, Controls, Utilities, Performance goals and more are available with our Web Application Management Console designed to give you near instant visibility and decision making capability in support of your customers and agents in the field.

All the transactions handled by Visicom are ultimately communicated back to our Server. Once the information is collected, it is prepared for storage in the transactional database.

Information can be filtered in a number of ways including customer(s), route(s), item(s), document types(invoices, order etc.) and dates.

Access to the Management Suite is controlled by security and each user has certain access rights allowing a sub set of available Management Suite functions to be presented to user. A full complement of log files and audit trails are kept for work done within this area.

The Transactional Records features:

All field documents (i.e. Invoice, Bill-to, Payments, Truck Loads, etc.) are stored for recall and the filters allow for Customer(s), Route(s), Date ranges, Item(s), and Document Type(s) to be inquired on. Field devices can access the Management Suite as well with authorization. Printing and export to excel spread sheets are available.
